Stonebwoy talks afrobeats, his new album, Ghana, and VGMA - CastinoStudiosgh

Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy made his debut at the famous Breakfast Club show on New York-based Power FM on Tuesday.

The award-winning musician talked about the increase in the Afrobeat genre, the effect it has made in Africa, and different yet-to-be-explored genres of the song on the continent.

He additionally mentioned his new album and said he is collaborating with other US-based artistes on his visit.

Again, the host Charlamagne tha God and visitor host Nene Leakes engaged Stonebwoy about their time in Ghana in 2022 and the way the country Ghana welcomed and dealt with them.

The ‘Activate’ hitmaker said he was extraordinarily glad to see many African Americans make their way to the West African country.

However, he believes that Ghana can nurture that recognition and spread it to different components of the economy and entertainment area via funding and others.

He further explained why he was banned from VGMA when he was asked.
