Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale has been granted bail following his arrest yesterday.
The Ghanaian dancehall superstar, Shatta Wale was arrested in the late hours of Tuesday, October 19, 2021, for faking his gunshot attack.
Having spent one night in police custody, Shatta Wale has been granted bail after several celebrities including Medikal, Fella Makafui, Captan, Tinny, and more pleaded on his behalf.
However, the police are yet to release an official statement about his release and the next line of action.
Videos of him leaving the premises of the police station have surfaced on the internet.
