On the 7th of December, during a press conference
following the abrupt cancellation of the New African Foundation Convention,
Bediako declared, "I am not a source of intimidation. I approach you as
your deliverer. My investments extend beyond self-interest; they are an
investment in you."
The entrepreneur, renowned as Freedom Jacob Ceasar,
proclaimed himself the new savior with a mission to reconstruct Ghana and the
entire African continent.
"We must promote education, elevate our
offspring, and vocalize our concerns to them. The revelation about the man in
the mask is imminent because, until now, I remained silent while you sought me
out," Bediako conveyed.

"I refrained from disclosing my political
affiliations, religious inclinations, or ideological leanings. Post this day,
anticipate the unveiling of my policies and visions. If my presence becomes a
hindrance to the government's acceptance of these influential voices aiming to
enlighten not just Ghana but Africa as a whole, I willingly sacrifice myself to
reveal my identity. My profound respect for the esteemed leaders around me
guides this decision.
"I could have taken my time to disclose my
identity, but in this moment, I choose to sacrifice myself to affirm that I am
that man. However, I am that man with a noble purpose, armed with a grand
vision. I harbor plans not only for this nation but also for the entire African
continent.
"Africa, in my perspective, stands as the next monumental frontier. Among all the developed continents globally, one remains undeveloped, and I am tasked to rectify that," he emphasized.

Plans were underway earlier that day for a
convention called "Igniting the Voices of Africa" to be held in
Accra's Black Stars Square.
Dr. Arikana of Zimbabwe, P.L.O. Lumumba of Kenya,
Julius Malema of South Africa, and Peter Obi of Nigeria were among the notable
speakers.
Nevertheless, there are rumors that the gathering
was abruptly interrupted by the military and special security personnel, which
forced the cancellation of the event.
The organizers disclosed that they were notified by
National Security that Sunday, January 7, 2024, had been set aside for
"security drills" at Black Star Square.
