Shatta Wale said Samini is being lazy and referred to him as a dead artist.

Samini, in recent posts on social media, launched an attack on Shatta Wale and called him names.

Shatta Wale, whose silence surprises everyone, got the attention of one multimedia journalist, 'IB,' who asked Shatta Wale in an interview why he is not responding to Samini.

Shockingly, Shatta Wale revealed that he will only respond to Samini if he can buy himself a $55,000 Rolex watch.

“He doesn't know where music is going to go; I believe I am doing real business. He is not doing business; he is working with feelings, and I don't work with feelings, so if he thinks he can release a thousand songs a day, I'm just being real and still have my fans supporting me for who I am.” He added.

Shatta Wale said that in response to one of Samini’s posts that said he will drop 6 songs in a day if Shatta Wale drops a hit song.

Shatta Wale also said he turned down so many bookings because he feels it is not the right time for him due to covid-19 but still has 16 bookings, of which half has been paid for.

“I think it is the right time for me now, so people should just stop talking. Sometimes I want people to see the growth of Shatta Wale, and people shouldn't talk like they are not seeing the growth.” He said.

Shatta Wale, however, urges all musicians to try and find themselves and make Ghanaian music work.
