CastinoStudiosgh: there is hardship in the country - Samini has admitted

Ghanaian Famous and award-winning Dancehall artiste Samini has proven to be an honest person.

Ghanaians on several occasions descended on the musician for supporting the NPP political party.

Yesterday on UTV's United Showbiz, the “My Own” hitmaker explained why he decided to take that decision.

According to samini, he is turning 40 on the 22nd of this month, December 2021 and he is now mature enough to make decisions that he wouldn’t have taken in the past due to fear.

He further explained that he chose NPP because he felt their policies are good and if done will help Ghana as a whole.

Shatta Wale’s Manager Bulldog asked Samini if the country now is doing well as he expected in terms of hardship but to the surprise of everyone, Samini admitted that there is hardship in the country.

“In every place, when a lot of people are complaining about the same thing at a particular time then there is some truth in it; the average Ghanaian today will tell you there is hardship and that is the truth, I don't need to say it”, Samini said.

This statement proved that Samini is not just supporting NPP for his selfish reasons but also takes into consideration the comfort of the ordinary Ghanaian citizen and that is a plus on his part that needs to be commended.

It is high time we hold the government to account even if we belong to that political party; that is the only sure way to develop as a country.
