A man who killed his girlfriend got arrested by the police after he attempted suicide.

The incident occurred in Dzodze, near Akatsi in the Volta region.
According to sources, the man whose identity is yet to be revealed killed his girlfriend on Monday, 7th June 2022.
Per information available to CastinoStudios, the woman in question left her assailant and stayed in a hotel in Sekpekorpe, three days before coming to Dzodze on Monday where she met her untimely death.

Sources say the man alleged that the victim took his GHC 1500.00, so when he heard that the girl came to Dzodze, he went and shot her.
The man in an attempt to commit suicide used a knife to cut his throat but got rescued by some people who called the police.
The alleged murderer is currently receiving treatment in St. Anthony's hospital before facing the laws of the land.
